In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Unity, with God or Satan?
The sole purpose of our existence on earth is to come to a final decision of whether or not God is our creator and is our only one absolute authority. This second life is granted for us by the Most Merciful as a final chance to decide on this matter. We all failed to make a firm decision about that once before (38:69, 2:30, 36:60.)
Once we make the crucial decision of choosing God, our actions and testimonies must represent that choice. The one option we are left with is to proclaim God's absolute authority and agree that His verifiable word is our only valid and divine truth (18:2, 42:17, 10:32,37, 10:82). Satan introduces his logic and idols to distract us, but, hopefully, we take our final chance seriously and we stay focused on God's beacon and straight path. There is no logic in wasting time on personal opinions, egos and conjecture after we receive the divine guidance. There is no room for fear or intimidation except to fear God alone, reverence Him, and constantly validate His truth by promoting His teachings, and upholding His commands:
[33:39] Those who deliver GOD's messages, and who reverence Him alone, shall never fear anyone but GOD. GOD is the most efficient reckoner.
[5:54] O you who believe, if you revert from your religion, then GOD will substitute in your place people whom He loves and who love Him. They will be kind with the believers, stern with the disbelievers, and will strive in the cause of GOD without fear of any blame. Such is GOD's blessing; He bestows it upon whomever He wills. GOD is Bounteous, Omniscient.
[30:60] Therefore, you shall steadfastly persevere - for GOD's promise is the truth - and do not be intimidated by those who have not attained certainty.
We all know that our freedom of choice is one of our God-given gifts (33:72, 18:29, 109:1-6, 2:256). We're free to choose, then it is God who augments our guidance(19:76) or misguidance (2:10, 19:75.) Once we choose God over Satan, upholding His authoritative teachings becomes an OBLIGATION of our submission to Him alone, NOT a questionable option of this freedom. In other words : the Most Merciful has blessed us with Quran, and with the proofs of its divine authorship - this Quran serves as a road map with clear guidance and laws - God has assured us that His scripture is straightforward except for allegorical verses (3:7), His teachings are easy (54:17,22,32,40), perfect (11:1, 18:2, 22:52), complete (6:115), detailed (12:111, 6:38), structured without any ambiguity (39:28) and have all that we need for salvation (6:51, 6:153) - with these facts in mind, once we practice our freedom and choose God's verifiable guiding scripture as the only ultimate reference, there is not very much room left for disagreements - God's infallible words and straightforward teachings unify our voices and dictate our choices and actions. We thus achieve the unity that God calls for by holding fast to His one consistent source. We unite with God and become His allies.
Satan, however, is always in the background to claim the majority (7:16-17, 12:103, 12:106, ). He has been successful throughout the history of humanity. His dark history is detailed in Quran. He brings nothing but idol worship and selective application of the word of God. Both constitute the main foundation of divisions (30:30-32, 15:90-94). He mostly hides under the exact catchy banners we adore and appreciate, "freedom of choice" - " unity" - "tolerance" - "best possible manners" - "kindness" - "patience" etc.... He thus misleads us, under these banners, into the thinking that after believing in God's verifiable word, we still have the option to disagree with each other about His straightforward teachings of Quran. This is his clever scheme to accommodate him and mix up his logic with God's even in arenas where his falsehood must be firmly rejected such as our places of worship that are supposed to be entirely built on the basis of righteousness (9:107-108, 72:18, 7:29) ! We thus unite with Satan. We become his partners hypnotized by some abused and selectively applied verses. Not to mention, right away, his constituents cheerfully clap for us for doing that only to inflate our egos and and adore his evil in our eyes. We let go of the rope of God for the sake of Satanic unity. And isn't this all that Satan is here for (7:16-17)? :
Believers are United [3:103] You shall hold fast to the rope of GOD, all of you, and do not be divided. Recall GOD's blessings upon you - you used to be enemies and He reconciled your hearts. By His grace, you became brethren. You were at the brink of a pit of fire, and He saved you therefrom. GOD thus explains His revelations for you, that you may be guided. [3:104] Let there be a community of you who invite to what is good, advocate righteousness, and forbid evil. These are the winners.
[61:4] GOD loves those who fight in His cause united in one column, like the bricks in one wall.
Tolerating ideas that oppose God's straightforward standards and systems in Quran for the sake of unity is idol worship by definition. No other entity but Satan would introduce us to that. We sink in his deception and without perceiving we let go of the one unifying rope of God, while tolerating Satan instead. We trade away the real unity dictated by God and welcome the illusion (4:120) of a Satanic one:
[39:29] GOD cites the example of a man who deals with disputing partners (Hadith), compared to a man who deals with only one consistent source (Quran). Are they the same? Praise be to GOD; most of them do not know.
Believers Or Hypocrites? [4:60] Have you noted those who claim that they believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, then uphold the unjust laws of their idols? They were commanded to reject such laws. Indeed, it is the devil's wish to lead them far astray.
[40:73] They will be asked, "Where are the idols you used to worship, [40:74] "beside God?" They will say, "They have abandoned us. In fact, when we worshiped them, we were worshiping nothing." Thus does God send the disbelievers astray. [40:75] This is because you used to rejoice in false doctrines, on earth, and you used to promote them. [40:76] Enter the gates of Gehenna, wherein you abide forever. What a miserable destiny for the arrogant ones.
[30:31] You shall submit to Him, reverence Him, observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and - whatever you do - do not ever fall into idol worship. Sectarianism Condemned [30:32] (Do not fall in idol worship,) like those who divide their religion into sects; each party rejoicing with what they have.
[15:90] We will deal with the dividers. [15:91] They accept the Quran only partially. [15:92] By your Lord, we will question them all, [15:93] about everything they have done.
Peaceful Friday, salaam and God bless.
